Iterative.Design.Project, LLC develops performance applications and advisory technology for elite athletes and high performers. We collect only the information needed to operate our applications and, where applicable, support individualized performance consulting relationships.

Information we may collect
Depending on which application or feature you use, we may collect the following types of information:
- Name and contact information (such as email address)
- Account and authentication information
- Google account authorization data when you choose to sign in with Google
- Google Sheets data when you explicitly authorize access
- Apple HealthKit data when you explicitly grant permission
- Wearable, GPS, hydration, recovery, wellness, and performance data from authorized sources or user input
- User-entered notes, behaviors, logs, or other performance information
- Device and usage information needed to maintain app reliability (such as app version, error logs, and general usage patterns)
We do not collect categories of information beyond what is necessary for the features you choose to use.
How we use information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- To authenticate users and manage accounts
- To provide application functionality you request
- To store and retrieve user-authorized data
- To generate dashboards, trends, and feedback within the application
- To support individualized performance consulting when you have an applicable advisory relationship with us
- To improve app reliability, security, and user experience
We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell personal information.
Google user data
Some applications may integrate with Google services. Google user data is accessed only with your authorization.
- Authentication: Google Sign-In may be used to verify your identity and create or access your account.
- Google Sheets: Google Sheets may be used to store or retrieve data that you have explicitly authorized the application to access.
- Google user data is not sold.
- Google user data is not used for advertising or marketing.
- Google user data is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide application functionality you have requested, as required by law, or with your consent.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Apple HealthKit and health data
Some applications may request access to Apple HealthKit data. This access is optional and requires your explicit permission through Apple's authorization flow.
- HealthKit data is accessed only with your permission.
- Health and wellness data is used only to provide user-facing health and performance features within the application — such as tracking, visualization, and decision support.
- Health data is not sold.
- Health data is not used for advertising or marketing.
Our applications are performance and wellness tools. They do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care. Nothing in this policy should be interpreted as a claim of HIPAA compliance or medical provider status.
Data sharing
We limit sharing of your information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: With vendors who help us operate our applications (such as hosting, authentication, or infrastructure providers), subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- Legal compliance: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
- User-directed sharing: When you explicitly choose to share information through application features.

We do not share information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. These measures include secure cloud infrastructure, access controls, and limiting internal access to information on a need-to-know basis.
Data may be stored using reputable third-party hosting and infrastructure services. While we work to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide our services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or comply with legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on your location and the application you use, you may have the following rights regarding your information:
- Access: Request a copy of information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Revoke permissions: Revoke application permissions — including Google or HealthKit access — through your device or account settings at any time.

Children
Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
